Ways I Can Help
You don't need to have it all figured out before reaching out. Take a look at what I offer, and if something resonates, or even if you're not sure where you fit, let's talk about it.
Individual Therapy
Your one constant relationship is the one you have with yourself. It shows up in the way you speak to yourself when you make a mistake, how quickly you judge your feelings, how you handle stress, and whether you can offer yourself patience or only pressure. It is present in quiet moments, in conflict, in decisions, and in the stories you tell yourself about what you deserve and what is possible.
Individual therapy is a space to slow down and take an honest look at that relationship. Together, we can explore the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself, such as self-criticism, perfectionism, people-pleasing, avoidance, or feeling responsible for everyone else. We can also pay attention to the parts of you that work hard to protect you, even when their strategies leave you feeling stuck or exhausted.
As you build a steadier and more compassionate relationship with yourself, your everyday experience can start to shift. You may feel more grounded in your emotions, clearer in your choices, and more able to set boundaries without guilt. Over time, that internal relationship often becomes a source of support rather than stress, making it easier to show up in your life and relationships with more confidence, composure, and authenticity.
Most often, people who relate to this look like they are functioning on the outside, but internally feel tense, self-critical, disconnected from their needs, or unsure how to trust themselves.
My areas of focus include:
- Bicultural identity stress and feeling caught between cultures
- Familial pressure and expectations, including boundaries without guilt
- Reproductive life transitions and identity shifts (pregnancy, postpartum, beyond)
- Miscarriage, pregnancy loss, and ambiguous or complicated grief
- Fertility-related grief, emotional burnout, and chronic uncertainty
- High-achieving burnout and the pressure to keep functioning
- Perfectionism and “good girl” conditioning
- Self-abandonment patterns and difficulty prioritizing yourself
- Relationship patterns such as people-pleasing, anxious attachment, and self-sabotage
- Executive dysfunction, follow-through struggles, and rebuilding self-trust
- Sexuality and desire shifts across life stages
- Shame, disconnection from your body, and difficulty voicing needs

I'm an out-of-network provider, but I can give you a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots based on availability. Because these spaces are limited, a sliding scale rate is not guaranteed. If you would like to be considered, please reach out and include a brief note about what rate range you are hoping for, and I will reach out with more information.
